  3. Well it sounds like the stakes are high- you want to keep your home be more flexible in negotiations- offer a lesser pay rate for yourself as you can keep your home if you do
    There are solutions. How does it feel to be one of those people who needs a reverse mortgage- not easy is it? Maybe money and pride should not be the highest priority or sell part of the 63 acres
