GOP Sen. Ted Cruz ridiculed Democratic Mayors Muriel Bowser and Eric Adams for their “blatant hypocrisy” regarding their worries about illegal immigrants being shuttled to their communities.
Cruz made these comments in response to Bowser and Adams’ statements about the issue.

Cruz noted on his podcast, “Verdict,” that the liberal mayor of Washington, D.C., Muriel Bowser, stated the 6,000 undocumented immigrants that Texas loaded on buses and transported up to D.C. have caused a problem.
According to the Democratic DC mayor, that is intolerable and has to stop.
Following this, the Republican senator went on to say the Lone Star State ought to deploy an additional 600,000 people. This is about one-sixth of the total number of undocumented immigrants who entered the country during Joe Biden’s administration.
Face The Democrat Party
Cruz followed by saying if Bowser doesn’t agree with it, she should face the Democrat Party since she is already a member of that party. Her city is also home to the one who is accountable for these 3.5 million people.
Additionally, the Republican senator criticized Adams for thinking it would be a good idea to send New Yorkers to Texas to advocate against the reelection of Governor Greg Abbott.
Cruz stated he had to admit to having a great deal of satisfaction in answering.
The Republican senator added, “Well, really, to be honest, there are already hundreds of truckloads of New Yorkers escaping New York and flocking to Texas. Eric Adams is turning them away.”
Cruz said anyone who crosses the southern border ought to be sent to areas like Nantucket, Martha’s Vineyard, Cupertino, South Hampton, California, and Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, which are all popular vacation destinations for President Biden.
The Utter Hypocrisy of the Democrats
Cruz made the suggestion that any establishment in which wealthy leftists congregate to sip Chardonnay should get new batches of illegal immigrants. They need to sit there and observe as truckload after truckload of illegal immigrants are let into the communities.
Cruz went on to say this demonstrates the total hypocrisy of those on the left. They don’t mind causing human suffering as long as the view from their golf course isn’t obstructed in any way.
When questioned by reporters about the concerns raised by Bowser and Adams, the administration of President Joe Biden diverted their inquiries by blaming the state of Texas for exploiting the migrants as “political pawns.”

Earlier this month, the press secretary for the White House, Karine Jean-Pierre, stated the inquiry should be sent to Governor Abbott.
Jean-Pierre said they should ask him why he is utilizing migrants as political pawns in order to carry out these actions. The White House proceeded to claim there is a legal procedure, but Abbott is not using that legal process.
