US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) arrested an illegal immigrant who has a history of child molestation and repeated deportations from America.
Due to the open border policies of the Biden administration, criminals are entering the United States easily.
Just last month, the Customs and Border Protection (CBP) apprehended ten potential terrorists at the border who could have created chaos after coming to the US.
Child Molesters Arrested at the Southern Border
ICE officials arrested an illegal immigrant named Ponce-Mejia. He has been deported five times from America and convicted of sexual crimes against children in 2007.
According to ICE, the law enforcement agencies stopped the vehicle of a random illegal immigrant to question him.
Whereas the person in the vehicle turned out to be Ponce-Mejia, who was eventually arrested by the law enforcement agency.

Miguel Vergara, the field office director in Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) in Harlingen, Texas, noted the arrest of Ponce-Mejia suggests the ERO and local law enforcement agencies are working in close collaboration with each other.
This collaboration will remove all threats from American streets, Vergara added. Reportedly, Ponce-Mejia has admitted to being a Mexican national and being present in the United States without any documentation.
Illegal immigrants who remained involved in child molestation are coming to the US at an unprecedented rate. Earlier this month, a 24-year-old Mexican, Christian Dolores Munoz-De La Rosa, pleaded guilty to owning and dealing in child pornography.
Munoz-De La Rosa was arrested in Texas; authorities here checked his phone to find questionable imagery of minors, including three years old children.

Already Deported Criminals Are Coming Back to America
On August 5, border officials arrested a Guatemalan individual who had been charged with sex crimes against children and was sentenced to 22 years in prison.
The same day, border agents also arrested a Salvadoran immigrant who was sentenced to 10 years in jail for sex crimes.
Just one day later, law enforcement arrested three more people, including a Mexican individual who was previously deported from America for child molestation.
Likewise, border agents in Brownsville, Texas arrested four immigrants, including a Mexican national who was deported from America for distributing child pornography in Florida.
Similarly, CBP also encountered 22 gangsters, which included multiple members of the MS-13 gang, which has the motto of “mata, viola, controla,” which translates into “kill, rape, control.”
As per the latest data, border officials arrested almost 8,354 illegal individuals who have previously been convicted for different types of crimes. This includes 248 individuals who have been convicted of sex-related crimes.
Despite these dangerously high numbers of criminals entering the United States illegally, the Biden administration is still embracing its open border policies, which are paving the way for more criminals to enter America.
