Robert F. Kennedy Jr., a 2024 Democratic presidential candidate, accused the Democratic National Committee (DNC) of manipulating the process to favor Joe Biden.
In an interview with Diane Brady on “Forbes Newsroom,” Kennedy Jr. shed light on the tactics employed by the DNC that are undermining the essence of fair elections.
Kennedy Jr. pointed out the DNC strategically shifted the Iowa primary and implemented rules that penalize candidates who campaign in certain states.
He stated, “If any candidate sets foot in the state of Iowa or New Hampshire, none of the votes that are cast for that candidate will be tallied.” This startling revelation underscores the extent to which the DNC is willing to go to ensure Biden’s victory.

The DNC’s manipulation doesn’t stop there. Kennedy Jr. revealed that the committee is contemplating rules that would nullify votes cast for him in states like Georgia if he campaigns in New Hampshire.
He said, “They’re trying to change it so that if I campaign in New Hampshire, none of the votes cast for me in Georgia will count. That’s significant because it’s hard to win the nomination without Georgia.”
Kennedy Jr. also highlighted the DNC’s control over super delegates and automatic delegates, which makes it virtually impossible for any candidate other than Biden to secure the nomination.
He would need to win almost 80% of all states to outmaneuver Biden, assuming Biden only wins 20% of the vote. This clearly illustrates the uphill battle that Kennedy Jr. and other candidates face in their quest for the Democratic nomination.
Kennedy Jr. expressed his disappointment with the DNC, stating, “It’s pretty clear that the DNC does not want a primary.”
“They’re effectively disenfranchising the Democratic voters from having any choice in who becomes president or who becomes the Democratic nominee.”

When asked about his future strategy, Kennedy Jr. stated if the DNC continues its rigging, he would need to explore alternative routes to victory.
He said, “If the DNC is going to rig it so that it is simply impossible for anybody to challenge President Biden, then I need to look at other alternatives because I can’t go back to the people who support me and to my donor. I need to show them a road to victory.”
