A federal judge badly exposed the FBI’s political attempt to raid Trump’s residence in Florida last month.
Reportedly, the FBI seized Trump’s medical records, tax, and accounting information, as well as the documents protected under attorney-client privilege during its raid.
Politicized FBI Busted by Trump
On Monday, Justice Aileen M. Cannon from the Southern District of Florida revealed the FBI seized Trump’s medical records and his tax documents during its raid at Mar-a-Lago last month.
After the FBI’s raid against Trump on August 8, Trump’s legal team contacted the Florida District Court, asking Justice Cannon to appoint a special master to investigate the whole episode.
The legal team asserted the DOJ should not be the final authority to determine whether the confiscated documents were confidential or not.
So, the federal judge announced the appointment of a special master to review documents seized by the FBI. The special master will be mandated to scrutinize the documents for executive and attorney-client privilege.

Under attorney-client privilege, all communication between attorneys and their clients should remain confidential.
It is still unclear whether the seized records contain communication between Trump and his private attorneys or his communication with the White House lawyers during his presidency.
Democrats’ efforts to politicize the DOJ and the FBI have also been busted by the federal judge.
Now, the DOJ cannot review seized documents for investigative purposes until the completion of the special master’s review. Previously, some sources claimed the DOJ would oppose the appointment of an independent investigator to review Trump’s documents.

Dems Used the FBI to Get Tax Documents of Trump
According to a Fox News source, the FBI seized 40 years of medical records of Trump during its raid.
The seizure of Trump’s tax records also depicts the politicization of the FBI, as House Democrats have been seeking Trump’s tax records since 2019.
Just last month, a federal appeals court allowed House Democrats to obtain Trump’s tax records from the IRS.
However, Trump is expected to go to the Supreme Court to stop Democrats from getting his tax documents from the IRS. So, Democrats used the FBI to get tax documents of the former president.
Similarly, the FBI also captured Trump’s passport during the raid, but it was later returned to the former president.
While the FBI claims it recovered a bunch of classified documents, it also seized more than 1,000 unclassified documents. In addition to that, the FBI even captured clothes and gift items of the former president, as well as many printed news articles.
Meanwhile, Trump took to his social media platform, Truth Social, to slam the DOJ after Cannon’s order to appoint a special master. The former president argued fighting against such a partisan DOJ is not an easy job, adding many evil sources are busy corrupting the DOJ.
As Democrats are not doing anything to make the DOJ transparent, Trump continued, America will end up becoming a third-world country in times to come.
