The media and the Americans are starting to notice how the White House Press Secretary dodges key questions and offers bizarre excuses for Biden.
During a press on Friday morning, the White House Press Secretary again voided answering questions difficult questions from reporters regarding a controversy involving the Security and Exchanges Commission.

The White House continued to remain silent on the controversy that is going on on Wall Street as the GameStop stock swells. They chose to stay quiet even after the Robinhood trading shut out its users from buying stocks that were sabotaging hedge funds.
In the press conference, CNN’s Kaitlin Collins was the first to ask the Press secretary about the controversy.
Collins asked, “Given all the volatility surrounding Wall Street and GameStop, what is the Biden administration doing to protect the average American investor if there’s going to be, potentially a major market correction?”
Instead of answering the question, Psaki referred reporters to an SEC statement and Collins then gave a follow-up question and asked, “Beyond just monitoring it, has he had any conversations with economic officials about what’s going on?”
After being pressed again on GameStop, Psaki said, ‘The U.S. government is starting to work as it should. The SEC is a regulatory agency that oversees and monitors developments along these lines. It is currently in their purview.’ pic.twitter.com/XD0ZXV3Owo

Psaki answered with, “He’s briefed by his economic team frequently. But I don’t have anything more to read out for you.”
This is not the first time that Psaki avoided answering pressing questions from reporters. During her first White House Press briefing, the White House Press secretary also dodged a question about Biden’s proposed abortion policies.
Owen Jensen from the Global Catholic Network asked Psaki about what Biden will do about the Hyde Amendment and Mexico City Policy. It can be noted that during his campaign trail, Biden talked about how he planned to overturn these policies.
The reporter asked, “So what does President Biden plan on doing on those two items right now?”

In response to this question, the White House Press secretary did not directly address the Hyde Amendment – a legislative provision that authorizes the use of federal funds for Medicaid abortion – instead, she brought up Joe Biden’s catholic faith, stating that the President is a “devout Catholic” who “attends church regularly.”
Psaki said, “I will just take the opportunity to remind all of you that he is a devout Catholic and somebody who attends church regularly. He started his day attending church with his family this morning” She then stated her now-famous phrase, “but I don’t have anything more for you on that.”

Another instance where Biden’s White House Press secretary offered a bizarre excuse for the President was when he broke his own face-mask rules. This happened when she held her second press briefing.
Just a few moments after Biden signed an executive order which made wearing mask mandatory on federal property, Psaki awkwardly stumbled over a question as to why President Biden was not wearing a mask during the inauguration celebration.
The excuse that the White House Press Secretary has for Biden was that he was allowed the break the rules because he was “celebrating an evening of a historic day.”

Although it is still unclear up to this point if the Executive Order contains provisions that include an exception for Presidents to wear a mask when celebrating with family after being inaugurated, he certainly violated the Executive Order imposed on the American people just hours after he signed it.
When the Psaki was asked what kind of example President Biden was setting, she answered that Biden was “leading by example” on mask-wearing.
She continued and stated, “I think that the power of his example is the message he sends by signing 25 executive orders, including almost half of them related to Covid.”
“Yesterday was a historic moment in our history, he was inaugurated as President of the United States, he was surrounded by his family, we take a number of precautions, but I think we have bigger issues to worry about at this moment in time,” she added.
