Democrat Senator Bernie Sanders of Vermont has predicted a Republican victory in the 2022 midterm elections, claiming the GOP will get back the Senate this year.
Bernie Sanders Predicted GOP Victory in 2022 Midterms
Speaking to CNN’s “State of the Union,” Sanders acknowledged he is seeing Republicans “laughing all the way to Election Day,” as Democrats failed to pass the social spending bill and the climate agenda currently stalled in the Senate.
This is not the first time a Democrat lawmaker predicted their own loss, due to this bill. While criticizing Joe Biden, AOC recently said he failed to reconcile the moderate and the progressive factions of the party over the spending spree.
Therefore, voters will announce their verdict against him in the 2022 elections.
Just like other agendas of Democrats, Senators Joe Manchin and Kyrsten Sinema have concluded not to support the bill. Thus, Sanders claimed both of these senators have “sabotaged” Biden’s efforts to provide relief to American families.
After six months of negotiating behind closed doors, it is time for a new direction. We need to bring enormously popular policies to the floor of the U.S. Senate for a vote, and make Republicans explain why they're not on the side of working people. pic.twitter.com/g75QfvyqLk

Ignoring the fact that most senators are rejecting the spending bill, the Vermont lawmaker also found an opportunity to criticize Republican lawmakers for not voting for the $1.7 trillion spending package. This is supposed to increase the national debt by big numbers.
As the closed-door negotiations of the Democrat lawmakers yielded no results, the socialist senator is trying to accuse Republicans of failing Biden’s agenda.
According to him, since Republicans are not letting the Senate vote for the package, Democrats should at least vote for those measures in the package on which everyone agrees, and then discuss contentious matters later on.
As Kyrsten Sinema refused to overturn the filibuster, the Arizona Democratic Party has decided to censure the lawmaker, a decision which is also supported by Bernie Sanders. The senator established that Arizona Democrats are pursuing the right path.
Bernie Sanders also found an opportunity to tout the stalled voting rights bill in the Senate and declared that eliminating the filibuster is a must to pass this sort of measure.

Liberal New York Times is finally writing against Biden
Liberal media outlets like the New York Times have also admitted Biden is a failed president.
According to the far-left editorial board of the newspaper, Biden orchestrated his own downfall, as he did not pay any attention to American interests and the economic needs of the people.
Grilling Biden on inflation, the board wrote that the president is not worried about the surging prices, which is increasing his “political woes.”
The Times also noted last week that Biden has a lot of work to do if he wants to save his presidency from failure. Bret Stephens, a columnist for the Times, wrote that Biden should answer the American people and not pay heed to liberals’ wishes at all.
Biden is facing bipartisan criticism on inflation and the supply chain crisis. Meanwhile, his own party members turn against him regularly.
