The Trump Campaign released a five-minute video showing how the President has been consistently condemning racism and white supremacy.
This was connected with the recent allegation of Joe Biden against President Trump, calling him “one of the most racist presidents in modern history.” In response to this, the Trump campaign showed 38 times where the President had denounced white supremacy.
The statements date back to 2000 and also statements made while he was doing his 2016 campaign. Moreover, clips from recent debates against his Democratic rival, Joe Biden, were also seen.
Last month, President Trump provoked an issue for a mishandled condemnation of Proud Boys, which is an alleged white supremacist group with whom he told to “stand back and stand by.”
Joe Biden caught this wherein he was quick to state that the reason why he decided to run for President against Trump is because of President Trump’s infamous line saying that there were “very fine people” on both sides of the story – a statement he made after an incident where a white supremacist killed a woman in 2017 in a violent fight between right-wingers and counter-protesters.
Since then, more racial violence has surfaced in the United States, with the killing of George Floyd. This incident has set chaos all over the country, wherein President Trump’s supporters and BLM rioters attacked each other.
However, the issue was reignited when the first presidential debate happened were Chris Wallace, the moderator asked President Trump to condemn white nationalists. Wallace made this statement after President Trump barracked Joe Biden for not addressing the far-left group called Antifa.
Wallace was quoted saying, “Are you willing tonight to condemn white supremacists and militia groups and to say that they need to stand down and not add to the violence in a number of these cities as we saw in Kenosha,”
To which the President replied, “Sure, I’m willing to do that.”
Then Wallace followed up with a question asking if the President would specify a name. The President responded with, “I would say almost everything I see is from the left-wing, not from the right-wing.” before adding, he is willing to do anything and wants to see peace.
Wallace then was quoted saying, “Well, do it, sir” this is when Joe Biden chimed in with “Say it, do it, say it.”
Then the President asked them to give him a name, and he will go ahead and condemn whom they wanted him to condemn.

After the campaign video release, a staffer of President Trump told Fox News that the President wants to prosecute the KKK as a terrorist organization. The staffer further stated that President Trump condemned White supremacy 38 times in different instances.
He further added that the Biden campaign consistently sows division and tries to increase racial tension by spreading false information and narrative against the President. He added that this is a “dead issue and “enough is enough” for anyone trying to smear President Trump’s reputation.
